My Dad

Dad

To the man who I almost ran over with a tractor, who loved us all unconditionally, who sacrificed his body to ensure we were fed a night (farming really did a number on him, that and hockey) and who taught us everything about love by how much he loved our mom. He passed away in 2009 from heart problems and I miss him everyday. He was a farmer, a hockey player, a volunteer, a coach, a husband and a father, but most of all, he was awesome!

You forgot Uncle on your list of his accomplishments!! He was an awesome uncle. He always made the effort and took the time to be with us. He loved my daughter so very much and she misses him terribly. I miss his phone calls, his extra long hugs and his stories. There will never be another man like him. Love you forever Uncle Joe!!
